Police are attending a shooting in California, with reports of 20 victims, say officials.

From the BBC:

Fire officials in San Bernardino said it was responding to a "20 victim shooting incident" and it was working to clear the scene.

ABC News reports that there are 12 people dead but police have not confirmed that number.

It is still a "very active scene" and police are trying to secure the building, said a police spokeswoman.

There may be up to three gunmen, she said, and they were heavily armed and possibly wearing body armour.

Frankly, I'm way more worried about nutballs who "think" the way that you do than the average Islamist.

I find the "no more baby parts" brand of fundamentalist Christian idiots much more troubling than the hundreds of millions of Muslims (who avoid alcohol and stand for strong families and attempt to make their lives a template of good behavior).

    "workplace violence"

You've never had a co-worker|boss that you wished would just disappear in a puff of smoke?
If we took a poll, I'm betting we'd find that to be a lot more common than folks who desire a caliphate.

...and where it does exist, Islamic extremism seems to be in no small part a reaction to Western Imperialism (e.g. USA building military bases in their holy land; bombing, invading, and occupying the homelands of their ancestors; coups that displace the democratically-elected gov'ts of the countries of their kin).

None of my coworkers have ever sworn allegiance to ISIS while firing a gun into the conference room packed with coworkers. Are you keeping up with developments? Or, did you make your meaningless post, and decide "mission accomplished" then move on to some other hot topic?

"Then, on Friday, hours before the FBI announcement, Fox New confirmed that Malik had pledged her allegiance to ISIS as the morning attack began. She and her husband were killed hours later in a shootout with police just two miles away. Those developments confirmed the suspicions of many, and left it obvious that Malik, at least, was driven by radical Islam."

It's beginning to sound like the bitch was the more dangerour animal, and she was just leading the simpering mutt around by his testicles. Not sure yet, but it's beginning to sound that way. The bitch wasn't finding enough activism in Pakistan, so she moved to Saudi Arabia (for training?), then found herself soem mindles chump who could get her to the US.
