The government of Nigeria today launched a massive vaccination campaign in the northern state of Borno in response to news that two children there had been paralyzed by wild-type polio virus. The OP is referring to the CIA's hepatitis B vaccination charade in Pakistan to collect DNA samples. It caused the lost of trust in vaccination campaings and health workers all around the world and even leading to their assesination.

Yeah, I understood that. But I doubt that it applies in this case, because Ooga-boogas are way more chaotic and unpredictable than even Arab scum.
Arabs are like dogs in the sense that, once you dominate them (with force), they will respect you somewhat. Ooga-boogas are like the latter stages of Calhoun's mouse experiment - a human cloud of primal mass-insanity left to breed themselves into crowding and overpopulation in squalor while kept from starvation by the hands of the same evil White men exploiting them for resources.
