  I got my Model M Mouse in 1987, it weighs about six pounds and cleaning the ball and rollers sort sucks -- I do have to wear hearing protection when I use it for more than two hours straight, but let me tell you, you know when you clicked something.

  (typed on my Nov 06, 1989 Model M keyboard -- good thing I live in the country where people are used to the occasional sounds of gunfire and Model Ms)
