Twitch boss Matthew DiPietro is clear that the industry needs to do more about online sexism in gaming.
The senior executive was speaking to us from the streaming site's headquarters in San Francisco.
Gamers have told Newsbeat about their experiences and Twitch says it's doing all it can to stamp out sexism on the platform.
But Matthew tells us this isn't a problem that Twitch can solve on its own.
He says the industry needs to invest money to "move forward on this issue".
He's calling for "investment in terms of people, education and money.

All this proves is that Gamergate was not a one time battle, it will be an eternal war. If they think they can be conservative, to "Stand athwart History yelling STOP!", they will lose. Every year some small loss will happen and a decade later they will look around and realize it is over, entryism happened while they were distracted holding a series of 'must win" lines while the whole industry was quietly consumed.
Thankfully GG does seem to understand the problem and knows that defense never wins, it is those who attack and destroy enemies who win. To attack and if you lose, grind away, level up and keep pounding. Exactly the way the Progressives have corrupted pretty much all of Western Civ outside of gaming. Twitch will need to be destroyed and replaced.
Of course the True Conservative / Cuckservative Way is to not only limit oneself to "Standing Athwart History" like St. Buckley and never, under any conditions, to entertain the notion of attacking, it is to "no platform" any overly enthusiastic members of your own team who attack without orders. Thankfully GG has none of that self defeating nonsense.
