When Apple finishes its new $5 billion headquarters in Cupertino, California, the technorati will ooh and ahh over its otherworldly architecture, patting themselves on the back for yet another example of "innovation." Countless employees, tech bloggers, and design fanatics are already lauding the "futuristic" building and its many "groundbreaking" features. But few are aware that Apple's monumental project is already outdated, mimicking a half-century of stagnant suburban corporate campuses that isolated themselves—by design—from the communities their products were supposed to impact.
In the 1940s and '50s, when American corporations first flirted with a move to the 'burbs, CEOs realized that horizontal architecture immersed in a park-like buffer lent big business a sheen of wholesome goodness. The exodus was triggered, in part, by inroads the labor movement was making among blue-collar employees in cities. At the same time, the increasing diversity of urban populations meant it was getting harder and harder to maintain an all-white workforce. One by one, major companies headed out of town for greener pastures, luring desired employees into their gilded cages with the types of office perks familiar to any Googler.

The black stuff is fairly accurate and summarizes why they have eternal problems their culture equals failure which strangely unlike all other races encourages them to keep on doing what doesn't work thus not succeeding, repeat till they're all in jail or dead. The white stuff is horribly confused in that frat boys defrauding a bank ARE a white collar gang and and alternative view is I happily live in a nice expensive neighborhood down the street from an unemployed outlaw biker who is smart enough not to shit where he sleeps so frankly I kinda like having him around. Finally all you have to do is live in an area with a lot of hmong and you'll hear stories about their little gangs, but they don't involve non-asian civilians quite as much as the black gangs so its pretty quiet (yes they do counterfeit goods and some fraud and some human trafficking but they don't get into shootouts as much, so no one cares much unless they're directly involved.). And the original italian mafia is basically a white gang.
It has to do with cultural self policing. Blacks don't, and their neighborhoods turn into hell. My outlaw biker neighbor knows if he shat were he sleeps we'd be on him like a pack of hyenas but as long as his drugs stay five miles away and he's near ghost like silent nobody really cares. I have no problems politically or ethically with what he sells as long as he's not doing it in my neighborhood and not selling to kids. My views on that topic are very theoretical and his are very practical which is kinda amusingly symmetric.
One thing that I think is funny across all races is the criminals all advertise it to some extent which looks idiotic to the non-participants. Here policeman come arrest me! I mean visually there's some WTF when the dude and his buddies are all further left wing than I am but they have swastika tattoos and 1%er badge thingies on their coats. As long as he doesn't cause the slightest peep of trouble the civilians don't care but you'd think cops could just follow any dude with a swastika on his bicep around until they arrest him.
