Los Angeles police have charged Playboy model Dani Mathers over a "body-shaming" image she took of an older woman in a gym locker room. The picture of the naked 70-year-old was taken in LA Fitness in July without her consent and posted on social media. She uploaded the photo to Snapchat alongside one of herself and the caption: "If I can't unsee this then you can't either". Ms Mathers faces a charge of invasion of privacy. She could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 (£800) fine if convicted.

Ms Mathers, 29, apologised soon after uploading the image, saying she thought her Snapchat post had been a private conversation and acknowledging that "body-shaming" is wrong. However, her lawyer, Thomas Mesereau, is quoted in the Los Angeles Times as saying his client did nothing illegal, neither invading anyone's privacy nor violating any laws. Announcing the decision to charge the model, Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer took aim at "body-shaming", calling it "humiliating, with often painful, long-term consequences".

If it had been a guy taking a picture in a public change room he would be charged as a sex offender, just sayin'.

So when are you gonna get off your skinny retarded ass and kill me then? You know, like you keep threatening to? I'm (almost) everything you hate: lesbian, equality feminist, Deist, the works. Come on, FizzBuzz, you threatened over and over to end me in the IRC chat last year.

Or could it be you're actually all bark and no bite? Could it be you're another homebound mental cripple like Roosh, living in his mother's basement and subsisting on Hot Pockets and all-consuming personal inadequacy? Could it be you're...small time?

Our AC here is also known as MikeeUSA, Mikhail Kvaratskhelia, FizzBuzz, and a number of other names. He's...how do I put this...he really really likes little girls. He's known for constantly citing Deuteronomy in support of his paedophiliac predilictions, making death threats against feminists, and a bunch more. I'm pretty much everything he hates, and when I decided to see just how nuts he was on IRC a bit over a year ago, he went completely apeshit on me, including death threats.

Which he, of course, hasn't got the stones to follow through on :)

I'll let his ED article speak for itself. Incidentally, I am told he wrote most of this, which...would make me pity him if he weren't such a complete waste of oxygen. https://encyclopediadramatica.se/MikeeUSA [encyclopediadramatica.se]

              I love this.

This is as far as anybody's reaction should go toward people like the AC in question. I actually laugh hysterically at some of the extremely sincere ridiculous things that MikeeUSA has said online. It's just so unique a mental condition that I can't help but be intrigued.

I look at him like I would look at an 8 1/2-leafed clover. Botanists and moralists might throw a fit about the condition of the soil being irradiated leading to such a mutation, think that something like an 8 1/2 leafed clover shouldn't exist, that it should be "banned", stomped on, etc. when there is really no way of stopping the nature of mutations or the nature of people.

                              >Focusing on gender instead of content

That really says it all. You are making emotional appeals and grasping at straws, not focusing on the content of my message and forming logical arguments to rebuke them.

You are not a person who derives their views from reason, which is why you voted for Hillary Clinton, why you told a victim of sexual abuse to shove their abuse "up their grandmother's ass," and why you are now trying to "embarrass" somebody online, somehow, by not really doing or saying anything of note to disprove their positions.

Read your comment one more time, critically - as you would a book by Nabokov or Toni Morrison: You did not state a single fact, position, or argument. You gave - in order - an allusion, a baseless accusation (That means without evidence, which I know you don't like), and a petty appeal to some social standing that you imagine I believe myself to have.

You have failed as a critical commentator in every way - by not only being unaware of the subject matter, but by also not being able to directly write about it.

Some animals are more equal than others. I do recall meeting a man who told me has was a sex offender. When I asked why, he said he urinated in public within 500 feet of an elementary school, and somebody saw him. I didn't get into more than that, but it he made it clear that all he was doing was peeing.

Whether real or imagined, it's a very big threat to men with the idea of accidental exposure and/or bodily functions like peeing making a sex offender out of you (the same situation above was in a movie). Meaning, it has nothing to do with your intentions whatsoever. It has everything to do with the public viewing of your winky.

Considering the insanity of turning young men into sex offenders for receiving a naked pic from their underage girl friend (who they were with before they were 18), it's even more insane to turn the girl into a sex offender for taking pictures of herself.

Those things have happened, and been in the news. It's by no means an intelligent affair when it comes to sex offenders in general. Not all of them are the obvious trenchcoat perverts that the stereotypes would have us believe, and too often it is a blunt instrument like catching Dolphins in Tuna fishing.
