Los Angeles police have charged Playboy model Dani Mathers over a "body-shaming" image she took of an older woman in a gym locker room. The picture of the naked 70-year-old was taken in LA Fitness in July without her consent and posted on social media. She uploaded the photo to Snapchat alongside one of herself and the caption: "If I can't unsee this then you can't either". Ms Mathers faces a charge of invasion of privacy. She could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 (£800) fine if convicted.

Ms Mathers, 29, apologised soon after uploading the image, saying she thought her Snapchat post had been a private conversation and acknowledging that "body-shaming" is wrong. However, her lawyer, Thomas Mesereau, is quoted in the Los Angeles Times as saying his client did nothing illegal, neither invading anyone's privacy nor violating any laws. Announcing the decision to charge the model, Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer took aim at "body-shaming", calling it "humiliating, with often painful, long-term consequences".

    > If it had been a guy taking a picture in a public change room he would be charged as a sex offender, just sayin'.

    Examples?
    No?
So really, you were just telling us a story about who you are, rather than about men not getting equal treatment.

Here's some of the examples I found with 1 minute of googling. Apparently it is quite common for guys to be put on the sex offenders list for stuff like this. I got tired of pointing out your obvious mistake. I guess, really, it's you making up stories...

Hello dummy, every single one your examples are of adults voyeuristically filming children.
One of your examples isn't even an example, its just a random essay.

Come back when you have an example of a grown man taking pictures of old men in a locker room without voyeuristic intent.

Oh that's right, there are no examples. Sayonara, shit for brains!

If you are searching for equality, ask yourself why sports coaches can urinate in public (in front of thousands of people) without getting prosecuted for exposing themselves?

Maybe because sports is kinda like a pissing contest?

Some animals are more equal than others. I do recall meeting a man who told me has was a sex offender. When I asked why, he said he urinated in public within 500 feet of an elementary school, and somebody saw him. I didn't get into more than that, but it he made it clear that all he was doing was peeing.

Whether real or imagined, it's a very big threat to men with the idea of accidental exposure and/or bodily functions like peeing making a sex offender out of you (the same situation above was in a movie). Meaning, it has nothing to do with your intentions whatsoever. It has everything to do with the public viewing of your winky.

Considering the insanity of turning young men into sex offenders for receiving a naked pic from their underage girl friend (who they were with before they were 18), it's even more insane to turn the girl into a sex offender for taking pictures of herself.

Those things have happened, and been in the news. It's by no means an intelligent affair when it comes to sex offenders in general. Not all of them are the obvious trenchcoat perverts that the stereotypes would have us believe, and too often it is a blunt instrument like catching Dolphins in Tuna fishing.

I don't watch sports and don't care to view naked men, but still I must ask: is that really a thing? If so, is it a practice at some podunk college out in the sticks with an open-air "half-potty"? You're making it sound like there's the potential for the Seattle Seahawks coach to be out in front of the stands while indulging the need to whip out and drain the lizard right there in front of everyone.
