Most people have wondered how censors can watch so much horrible, degrading stuff without be affected by it, especially the stuff that's so bad that ordinary people need to be protected from ever seeing it.
In what might be the first of its kind, a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is claiming damages for the Post-traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD) he is suffering after years of exposure to child pornography.
Const. Michael Wardrope says he was exposed to disturbing videos, photographs, interviews and interrogations as a member of the child abuse and sexual offence unit in Surrey, B.C.
"His mental health was impacted by unescapable images and memories from the files he had worked on," says the lawsuit filed in B.C. Supreme Court.
Wardrope says in the court document he was "flattered" when he was recruited to the unit in 2009. But he says he told his bosses he had three young children, had to commute hours per day and didn't think viewing child porn would be healthy.
He alleges his supervisor assured him that overtime was uncommon and that the amount of child pornography that needed to be viewed was "very minimal and almost non-existent," as the work was, for the most part, interviewing children.
Eventually Wardrope suffered a mental breakdown, and the Mounties dragged their feet for ten months before transferring him to another unit.

So here's a question for you: Assuming you actually believe all this shit you keep spouting... are you aware of just how tiny and how reviled a minority you are?
Your views are probably shared by less than one in a million people in the country you live in. The vast majority of pedophiles understand that their urges are unhealthy, and at least attempt to keep a lid on them. The ones like you who actually embrace it and seek to justify it are incredibly rare. Those willing to go a step further and campaign to legalise/ institutionalise it are so rare as to be practically non-existent. In this world of ours you are practically alone.
My point is this: Given that there are, like, a few hundred of you at most prepared to fight for this "cause" of yours, and given that your God doesn't appear to be actually helping you in anyway at all, can't you see that it is a completely lost cause? You are never going to get what you want. Not going to happen. You can wish for it as hard as you want but not in a dozen generations will public attitudes shift so much that your wishes will ever be realised.
What I'm getting to is... Give up. Just... give up. You aren't going to win. Nobody cares, nobody is going to be swayed by your "arguments". You are wasting your time. Buy a playstation and do something more rewarding with your time.

Well, we've been ignoring and downmodding him for how long? A year? Two? And he still hasn't gone away. I'm inclined to believe he's not a troll looking to cause a commotion (I mean he's hardly going to divide us into "for" and "against" camps of his agenda, is he?) but someone who is genuinely convinced of what he is writing. Granted, he clings to it so fervently that my words are unlikely to shake him, but... well... I see nothing to lose in trying.
