According to a report by the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), mobile subscribers dropped by three million to 51 million in the wake of the legislation, under which information on the SIM is shared with the National Information Centre to confirm the authenticity of the buyer during transactions.

Well, things change in 45 years, but I was stationed at Utapao in Thailand from August 1973 to August 1974, and I never met a single Jew. Not one. The Thais were friendly, happy people but were NOT open to societal influences from "Falongs" (foreigners), whether American, European, or Jewish.
