Cable news shows known to be seen by the President of the United States, such as MSNBC's Morning Joe and Fox News' The O'Reilly Factor, are raising their advertising rates:
The ad rates for "Morning Joe" have more than doubled post-election, according to one veteran media buyer. Trump, who reportedly watches the show most mornings, has a close relationship with "Morning Joe" host Joe Scarborough, and they talk regularly. Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor" and other prime-time programs on Fox News have boosted their rates about 50 percent. Trump also is a frequent viewer of the network's prime-time shows.
"The president's media habits are so predictable, advertisers migrate to those areas," said one media buyer. One prominent D.C. consultant said some of his clients, including a big bank and major pharmaceutical company, were negotiating this week to buy ads on "O'Reilly" and "Morning Joe" because they knew they had a good chance of reaching the president. Trump has also been known to respond directly to what he's watching on television and tweet statistics and topics he sees on-air. Those tweets often drive news coverage during the day.

You are just so blinded by your love of Trump that you can't accept the truth.
Haven't you noticed that Trump clearly watches certain programs and he reacts to them very quickly. An advertising buy is probably very cheap to get that kind of direct engagement with the President, with no questions asked about how you influenced him.
In addition to pushing a message to Trump, probably a large proportion of his staff watch the same programs, so that they can be prepared for the latest government-by-Twitter spewage.
Try to look past your ideology.

The alt-right can take some comfort in the knowledge that it is probably funnelling a lot of advertising dollars to Brietbart. Based on Trump's tweets we know that he quotes or links to their articles more than any others.

So the obvious response is to make the chief of the alt-press the alt-president.

I like your pseudo-pyschology analysis of web posters, made me chuckle for sure. There's plenty of truth in there for all concerned.

You have to admit that this is quite a trick, given that the President has lost his mind. Or has Bannon for brains.
(Oh, remember, "their" is a possessive. You were looking for "they're", the contraction of "they are". No thanks necessary, I correct you out of the goodness of my heart.)
