America's new president gave an address to a joint session of Congress. The Los Angeles Times posted a full transcript of the speech (along with remarks from its staff that may require Javascript to view); Bloomberg uploaded a video of the event.

The New York Times called it "the most presidential speech Mr. Trump has ever given — delivered at precisely the moment he needed to project sobriety, seriousness of purpose and self-discipline."

You people have no idea what you're talking about; you don't have a clue about the workings of government.

I don't know, ever since I found out that he sold positions at the state department for industry favors I have gotten on board with the treason thing. And at the state department no less, has he no shame?

you can't just drop a claim like that and not provide a link to back it up

FYI - handing out ambassadorships to major campaign donors is standard, every administration has done it since at least andrew jackson
but if you are talking about something more than that, I want to hear about it.

Personally I like how the press is exposing every one of trumps actions that while not illegal are morally questionable. The fact that these types of things have been business as usual for ages is the problem not that it is Trump doing it. I will welcome action in 4 or 8 years when we have a different president as it has been missing for most of the last 25 years (I didn't follow the news all that closely as a child under George H. W. Bush and Regan)
