America's new president gave an address to a joint session of Congress. The Los Angeles Times posted a full transcript of the speech (along with remarks from its staff that may require Javascript to view); Bloomberg uploaded a video of the event.

The New York Times called it "the most presidential speech Mr. Trump has ever given — delivered at precisely the moment he needed to project sobriety, seriousness of purpose and self-discipline."

You care THAT much? Assemble a coherent fucking message. Get it out there. If Trump can be president, anyone can, right? So why aren't you trying? You think he's wrong and you're so right? Prove it. At least try. Do something, or be remembered as the last pandas that wouldn't fuck to save their own species.

But I guess if you're the kind of person who goes to your fucking barista for emotional support, well, maybe you shouldn't reproduce after all.

I am so sick of weak people. I must be getting old.

FYI, posting a comment to SN doesn't count as "doing something".

It is not the best kind of something, but it is a non-nothing. Speaking up is important. If you stop doing it, it won't be long before you lose the freedom to do it.

Where did you get the idea that the AC thinks that posting here counts as "doing something"? Did I miss something in their comment?

I mean, you can do other things and post here. In fact, with enough therapy, I've almost become a functioning member of society in spite of my SN posting habit!
