Scott Wagner is an American businessman and state senator from the state of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Republican Party. What did he say?

"I haven't been in a science class in a long time, but the earth moves closer to the sun every year-you know the rotation of the earth," Wagner, a York County state senator, said, according to StateImpact Pennsylvania. "We're moving closer to the sun."

He added, according to StateImpact's Katie Meyer, that, "We have more people. You know, humans have warm bodies. So is heat coming off? Things are changing, but I think we are, as a society, doing the best we can."

I haven't been in a science class in a long time...

I have long thought, that when the time came, Germany would return the favor, and enact a Marshall Plan to return America to democracy. Of course, they would need the assistance of NATO, and possibly the Warsaw Pact, and the United Nations. And maybe the Democrats. Maybe.

    We foreigners can't help.

I can already imagine the headlines:

"Evidence found that (([[{{FOREIGNERS}}]])) secretly aided the despicable Democrats"

Our correspondent found out that the evil (([[{{FOREIGHNERS}}]])) of the NATO, Warsaw Pact (went underground in 1990), and United Nations, have in full public view sent a package to our enemies the despicable Democrats.
Luckily, a postmaster managed to intercept the package before they had it in their claws.

After inspection in a secure bomb-proof area, the anti-foreigner police of the DHS declared:
"The suspiciously heavy package turned out to be completely filled with books. After an expert on reading was consulted, it turned out that *ALL* of the books were double plus forbidden in our benighted country.
The (([[{{FOREIGNERS}}]])) had attempted to subvert our democracy with the following poisonous books:
    - Henry David Thoreau - Resistance to Civil Government (Civil Disobedience)
    - Bob Altemeyer - The Authoritarians
    - Gene Sharp - From Dictatorship to Democracy; A Conceptual Framework for Liberation
    - Umberto Eco - Ur-Fascism
    - Anne Frank - Diary
    - Markus Zusak - The Book Thief
    - J. K. Rowling - Harry Potter (7 books; this was most of the weight of the package)
    "

    ;-)

You need psycho-vaccination in the USA, but I can't give it to you.
It isn't helped by the fact that I only just made that word "psycho-vaccination" up :-( sorry.

After an expert on reading was consulted,

      I'm not an expert, but

These books are no doubt about raping our daughters, sodomizing our weapons and taking our sons away. I don't need no stinking expert to tell me that. I never had an expert agree with me on anything. That means they are all wrong on everything anyway.
