Three families of victims killed in a 2015 terrorist attack in San Bernardino, California have sued Twitter, Google, and Facebook, alleging that the tech giants knowingly supported ISIS by allowing it to build an online presence and recruit new members for attacks:
Similar lawsuits against social-networking companies have been dismissed by U.S. courts because of a law which immunizes online providers from liability over user postings.
Court records show that in previous cases, Google, Facebook and Twitter have said, while they are sympathetic to victims, they are not liable for what happened.

Might as well sue Sen. John McCain and the US government while they're at it.

John McCain? Nah, he's a pretty stand-up guy for a politician. Obviously, this is all really the fault of Warner Brothers, Inc, for teaching people that guns are harmless tools for wacky hijinks involving wascally wabbits.

Too lazy to look up but I believe the shooter and his wife were immigrants. So, sue the ICE or whomever the relevant agencies are for failure of their vetting processes, and possibly the FBI and ATF for allowing the false-flag to happen.
The bonus is that the shootings took place during the reign of Grand Emperor and Emissary to the Salafi Imam Baraq Hussein Soetoro, so it will not reflect negatively against Trump. Actually, getting straight to the point and suing Obama might be the best idea yet, it's not like there's no shortage of money from his $400,000-a-pop corporate speeches he's blathering away his few remaining smidgens of dignity about.
