Oneangrygamer.net notes:
"Tech journalist, male feminist, and anti-#GamerGate critic, Matt Hickey has been fined $332,000 for his fake porn agency recruitment scam that he used as a front in order to have sex with young women and take nude pictures of the women."
"Hickey had been running the porn agency scam since 2006."
"All during this time Hickey had been advocating for sex-negativity on behalf of third-wave feminists. Hickey adopted the activism of a male feminist, attacking companies and the tech industry for its alleged "sexism", including chastising Microsoft for hiring gogo dancers for an after party at the Game Developers Conference.. Hickey previously wrote for The Stranger, Forbes and Gizmodo."

I'm no expert, but the article talks about Microsofts "go go dancers" which might be defended by "sex positive" people.
Those who condemn such go-go dancers might do so as it's "objectifying" or something along those lines (i.e. sexual expression is more or less exploitative, or part of the patriarchy, or something like that).
Third wave feminism https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third-wave_feminism [wikipedia.org] highlights, essentially post-1980/1990's feminism: "Rebecca Walker coined the term "Third Wave" to highlight the focus on queer and non-white women.[4]" if that helps.
Mr Hickey, ironically, would be a part of the problem in my very primitive understanding of sex-negative third wave feminism.

Allow me to attempt now that I've had my laugh at that section.
All during this time, Hickey had been advocating for puritanism on behalf of an authoritarian rape victim club whose members are frightened of a command prompt.

The sex positive person views sex as natural and good. The sex negative person views sex as somehow especially problematic. Obviously there are degrees. [...]

What’s defined as “sex positive feminism” tends to translate to: non-critical of the sex industry, BDSM, burlesque, and generally, anything that can be related to “sex.” [...]
“Sex negative,” on the other hand, tends to be ascribed to feminists who are critical of prostitution, pornography, strip clubs, burlesque, BDSM and, really, sex and sexuality as defined by patriarchy and men.
