It's zero tolerance. If you're taking the risk of dating a womyn-born-womyn and say she's had a glass of wine, sex is off limits, because that counts as date rape. I'd also recommending giving a womyn-born-womyn you want to date a piss test. This is one place where a piss test will actually measure what you want to measure. If she's positive for any “drugs,” even cannabis flower, then again it's date rape.
And by sex I mean things like making out, holding hands, etc etc. That all counts as date rape. The craziest example given by my date rape training was that walking a girl to her dorm after dark on campus is attempted rape! It's best just to avoid all non-business interactions with womyn-born-womyn.
Though I'm not sure given the success of Fifty Shades of Grey. I think we can conclude from these data that it might be possible to fashion some kind of contract if you absolutely must engage in sexual relations with a womyn-born-womyn, as long as it contains at a minimum clauses for that piss test and maybe some kind of dead man consent switch that she has to keep pressing during your time with her. Or else maybe there's some exception for BDSM. Hell if I know.

Clarification for mods: I was not attempting to be funny. Well maybe except the last paragraph.
I mean, I'm not without a sense of humor, and stepping back from the situation and looking back 15 some odd years, I guess maybe it is pretty hilarious. I'm only relating what every assigned male (trans women, homosexual men, cis+het variety, you name it, anybody who has ever at any point in their life had an M on their birth certificate) on campus was threatened with in an official university presentation that was a required part of orientation.
Attendance was optional for womyn-born-womyn (cisfemales, however you want to say it), and their attendance was discouraged. I cannot emphasize enough that this was an overtly sexist requirement of the college I was stupid enough to attend and likely in direct violation of Title IX.
(That's the first deflection technique you get from feminists because they realized that they were in violation of the law when these things first came out—that the presentation was informational in nature and not meant to be threatening or sexist. These days I understand that womyn-born-womyn are technically required to attend date rape training but that the content of the presentation is not substantively different.)
