Oh go to Hell. Number one, most of us don't look like this (I'm six foot and about 170, and yes, am losing weight, and no, do not have unnatural hair) and number two, what the fuck does it matter what someone looks like as far as his or her arguments are concerned? You reveal, perhaps unintentionally, far too much about what you are in the dark with things like this.
Oh, and number three, why don't you go do some research as to the kind of desperation that gets some people into situations like this? If you think it's all cokeheads or shallow-brained bimbos who don't want to work, you're so far off the mark you managed to hit escape velocity.
