Who doesn't love a good deal?

If you do, it's time to head on over to your local RadioShack. The iconic retailer is now selling the last of its remaining office supplies as part of a liquidation process brought by a bankruptcy filed in March, and everything must go.

RadioShack is peddling pretty much everything it still owns, including some very questionable items like these waterlogged clipboards (for only 50 cents!) and a giant 50 gallon trash can that frankly has no business being anywhere except for a suburban mall. Still, it's super cheap, so why not pick one up if you have the space for it?

That's why I wait until the "Last Day" signs to go up.

Those liquidation guys are super good at hiking the list price to max, so they can offer hefty "discounts" that on first glance look good.

For the first several weeks of liquidation, I rarely see them beat WalMart everyday price.

They play games and waste my time with bargains that ain't bargains.

On the last day, they are trying to move the stuff out, there is no tomorrow.

I have seen several liquidators to literally GIVE the stuff away at the last ten minutes. They said its not worth checking out, load up the cart with whatever you want. Its on the house.

Because tomorrow, they will have to PAY someone to haul away what is left over.

( I still have all the "free" weird auto light bulbs and chemicals I got from HomeClub ).
