Microsoft founder Bill Gates has called on Europe to stop demonstrating generosity towards asylum seekers to avoid an overwhelming migrant influx. He also advises European states to make Africans' way to the continent much more difficult.

During an interview Germany's Welt am Sonntag, Gates, one of the richest people on the planet, warned of the grave consequences of exceeding generosity towards refugees coming to Europe, whose numbers would only rise unless something is done.

"On the one hand you want to demonstrate generosity and take in refugees, but the more generous you are, the more word gets around about this – which in turn motivates more people to leave Africa," Gates said.

While Germany has been one of the pioneers of the open door policy, it cannot "take in the huge, massive number of people who are wanting to make their way to Europe." Thus Gates advised European nations to take action in order to make it "more difficult for Africans to reach the continent via the current transit routes."

The world is filled with black and brown people who want to live with the white people. Why is that? Because most of them live in countries without high economic growth, without resources, corruption and bad governments, overpopulation, and so on and so on, lands without much hope for the present or the future. What can be done? Not much. Intervention in these lands' affairs only creates anger and resentment and stirs the pot even more. The developed world can't possibly accommodate everyone who wants to live in these countries. Much of what drives people to flee their homelands is due to overpopulation and resource depletion. All the possible actions that can be taken are bad:

    1. Stop and return all economic refugees. Allow only refugees from war but ensure that they return home when the war is over.
    2. Stop all humanitarian aid to prevent starvation. The root of famine is usually overpopulation.
    3. Distribute automatic weapons and ammunition to places where refugees originate and let them take care of their problems and their governments.
    4. World socialism and dictatorship.
    5. Another world war that will kill a lot of people.

As I said, they're all bad.

Really? Then explain WTF is wrong with South Sudan? oh... wait....

What was wrong in Ukraine in 1930s?
How about China when Mao took over?

We are not hunter & gatherer society. Idiotic comments like yours are just that, idiotic.

Another world war that will kill a lot of people.

Can cause the most massive famine in history.... oh right, because then it would be overpopulation after a few billion are already dead?

Stop and return all economic refugees.

These migrant classes are already rejected.

    World socialism and dictatorship.

Funny how your narrow mindedness seems to equate the two. Let me guess, an American view here? But then most of the world is socialist by your standards while your socialist handouts for Medicare are suddenly "non-socialist"..
