Spirits may make you feel angry, sexy or tearful, while red wine or beer may make you feel relaxed, say researchers.

They questioned nearly 30,000 people aged 18-34 from 21 different countries for the study in the journal BMJ Open.

All the respondents drank beer, wine and spirits, and many said each type of alcohol had a different effect on them.

While having a few drinks can be enjoyable, researchers hope their findings will help highlight the dangers of dependent drinking.

We have to discuss this, if only because it may explain Ethanol-Fueled's posts.

Very different effects when I drink the Isopropyl alcohol, instead of rubbing it. Are we not all scientists here, except for the Neo-nazis, MRAers, Red Pillars, AGW Deniers, and khallow? This kind of imprecision in terminology can be fatal, or at least make you go blind.

Too bad you needed to add the middle sentence since isopropyl is one of the few alcohols that actually would have been interesting to discuss.

But also - this kind of imprecision actually does kill at times.

Oh, we can still discuss. Just be aware that not all soylentils have something to contribute to a discussion based on facts.

that not all soylentils have something to contribute to a discussion based on facts.

What facts? Those are cherry picking, self-reported by the scum-of-the-Earth non-scientists and manipulated by statistics to look like hockey-sticks. All of them.

          What facts?

Primarily the fact that there are various types of alcohols, but this is not what the Fine Article is talking about.

          Those are cherry picking,

Wasn't referring to whatever it is you are referring to here.

          self-reported by the scum-of-the-Earth non-scientists

You have something against those who imbibe? Are you a Mormon, or a Prohibitionist?

and manipulated by statistics to look like hockey-sticks.

Statistics do not manipulate, statistics are manipulated. I really am starting to realize that you are not making sense.

          All of them.

All of whom? Alcohols? Facts? Scums-o-Earths? Drinkers? Or Hockey sticks? See, this is why we cannot have nice discussions.

Different types of AC can provoke different posts. Which are you? Men's rights advocate? Climate denier? Racist? Gamergater? Trump voter? How much methanol have you consumed recently? Do you have any Arachidic alcohol on your face?

So, who is it that consistently mods Aristarchus troll posts up? This ^ is a troll post. He names one person specifically, and uses generalities to include a number of other people, implying that they are stupid. Troll. Whoever mods him up has to be the troll's bitch.

In Internet slang, a troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting quarrels or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[2] or of otherwise disrupting normal, on-topic discussion,[3] often for the troll's amusement.

Oh, come now, my rather thin-skinned AC! I was not implying they are stupid, I was categorically asserting they are factually challenged, which, in your interpretation, means they are stupid. And, if the generality fits, wear it. Stupid AC!

khallow I am not sure about, however. He is intermittently rational enough to make me think he is pulling one over on us, or is being paid by Big Oil.
