The Satanic Temple, an activist group based in Salem, Massachusetts, is threatening to sue Twitter for religious discrimination after one of its co-founders had his Twitter account permanently suspended.

Lucien Greaves, the Satanic Temple's co-founder and spokesman, said his Twitter account was permanently suspended without any notice after he asked his followers to report a tweet that called for the Satanic Temple to be burned down.

"We're talking to lawyers today," Greaves said Friday about whether he planned to take legal action.

Atheism is a religion like not collecting stamps is a hobby.

    That's agnosticism.

An agnostic does not say "there is no proof of god, but bring me evidence and I will believe your own particular god"
Which is like "I don't want to give you this candy but bring me that object over there, called the moon, and you will have it"

An agnostic says "proof of god? LOL what are you on I wanna try some".

Atheism is a religion like blowing a hair dryer on somebody else's collection of stamps is a hobby.

Translation: "Whaaaa, whaaaaa, I'm so persecuteeeed! Stoooooooop making people examine my belieeeeefs!"

You don't deserve the name "Bot." That implies a level of coolheaded, consistent rationality you have so far failed to display even once.

I am pretty sure to be the one attacking. You can turn the tables on the attacker sure, but then the guy tends to become aware of the need to start defending. All I see is the usual stuff [soylentnews.org] instead.

Atheism is a religion like blowing a hair dryer on somebody else's collection of imaginary stamps is a hobby.

FTFY. No actual stamps are harmed. Just someone's deeply confused mental state is perturbed, perhaps in a way that provokes thought, but probably not because the resistance is strong in the infected.

The stamps are real, their value is possibly imaginary.

There are various definitions of agnosticism, and it's entirely possible to be an agnostic atheist.

Maybe they can be logical, even. The reasoning I am meeting here sure isn't.
