"The Supreme Court announced Friday it will take up the case against the latest version of President Trump's travel ban, which bars entry in to the United States for residents of six majority-Muslim countries.
The court will hear arguments in April and is expected to issue a ruling by June." http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/01/19/supreme-court-announces-it-will-rule-on-trumps-travel-ban.html

My apologies, they indeed call it a "travel ban".
In the beginning of his campaign, Trump was calling for a "Muslim ban", which even a moron could see is obviously unconstitutional. So they changed the name to "travel ban", but kept the contents the same. You know, as when you rob a bank, but say you're "taking out the laundry", that makes it legal.

So he changed his position. When somebody says they want to rob a bank and then later literally takes out the bank's laundry, you don't call that a bank robbery, do you?
