The New York Times reports "Trump Ordered Mueller Fired, but Backed Off When White House Counsel Threatened to Quit":
President Trump ordered the firing last June of Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel overseeing the Russia investigation, according to four people told of the matter, but ultimately backed down after the White House counsel threatened to resign rather than carry out the directive.

In order to get enough votes for confirmation, Jeff Sessions agreed to recuse himself.
Nobody in the Trump administration has done anything bad involving Russians. The closest was a campaign manager doing a bit of lobbying for them, but that was prior to being hired by Trump. It was in fact when he was working for democrats!
Oh, and I only described one of the two big Russia-related scandals. The other is Uranium One, which is another Clinton/Obama scandal. Yep, that is two Russia-related scandals for them and none for Trump. I guess, if you are misbehaving with Russians it makes sense to claim that your opponent is doing so.
