According to OpenSignal's latest State of LTE report, the average 4G download speed in the United States was 16.31 Mbps in Q4 2017. That's little more than a third of the speed that mobile device users in Singapore enjoy and ranks the U.S. at a disappointing 62nd place in the global ranking.

Obama’s attack on the Internet is another top down power grab. Obama made plans to turn over our Internet to foreigners. To China, to Russia, to many Countries. It's just one more way Obama-Clinton have sold out the citizens of this Country. And he tried to saddle our Internet companies with net neutrality. Net neutrality is the Fairness Doctrine. A way to target conservative media. And make it impossible for our small Internet companies to compete.
But I got some great guys. David Redl, I put him in charge of my National Telecommunications and Information Administration. So we can TAKE BACK our Internet from foreigners. And Ajit Pai, he's running my FCC, as everyone knows. He did the Repeal & Replace of net neutrality, he did a terrific job on that one, that's going to kick in very soon. Very soon. And maybe I will be including a provision in our next infrastructure proposal to promote and foster, enhance broadband access for rural America. It didn't make it into my first one. But maybe the next one. Or the third. We'll see what happens.
So hang in there, everybody. Try to hang in there. Because we're going to SAVE THE INTERNET. Believe me, we're going to have the best Internet you've seen in your entire life.

Moderators very busy on this one! And a lot, a lot of them "voting," they're thinking, oh he's trolling, he must be trolling! I don't blame them. Because they don't understand. Because they're too young. Or too DUMB. They remember, they have to remember, Crooked Hillary, how I ran against her -- very easy, I made it look very easy. They remember how she sold us out, with Uranium One (Russian collusion), with Benghazi, with many things. She's a tremendous woman, I didn't mean her. When I said Clinton I didn't mean Hillary.
I meant her husband Bill, President Bill Clinton, he's a friend of mine too -- he's a member at at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster. Where I have my New Jersey White House. In the locker room, his locker is right by mine, by Joe Torre's and by Rudy Giuliani's. In the most EXCLUSIVE wing. He was a President, it's an honor to have him as a member. A great honor. And I have to thank him. Because I called him -- this was 2015. And he called me back, I said what if I run for President, would that be a good idea? Would that be smart? And he said GO FOR IT! He said that's a tremendous idea. And he knows what it takes, he did it himself. As everybody knows. So I took his advice and it worked out so well. So well.
But I said he SOLD OUT our Country. People don't know. So many of you are very young. Or you watch the Fake News media, you were watching Fake News in the '90s. I can't blame them. Because that's all we had. Fox News, unfortunately, was just getting started, or hadn't even started, then. When Bill was screwing us. Look at the trouble Bill Clinton got into with something that was totally unimportant and they tried to impeach him, which was nonsense. He didn't screw Monica. He says they didn't screw, that it was just blowjobs. He -- actually, he didn't say that -- he said they didn't screw, but we all know there were blowjobs. We're not babies. He said it wasn't sex, he didn't say it was blowjobs.Not "sex," right? Can we call it lying? Why not! Maybe he didn't screw her, he screwed our Country. Because there was something called the Telecommunications Act, that was a Bill Clinton number. And maybe it was good for our biggest, biggest Internet & phone companies. For the little guys, not so much. Not so much, folks. And for our INFRASTRUCTURE, not so much. The biggest companies made more money, they didn't INVEST it so well. And before that -- but still the Bill Clinton administration -- they did a HUGE bailout for our biggest Internet & phone companies. HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, folks! Those companies were supposed to put in Fiber for everybody. For the city folks, for the rural folks. To make the Internet go very smoothly. You get Fiber at the drugstore, it makes everything go smoothly, it's very cheap. The Internet Fiber, not cheap. It's very expensive. But we paid for it, the taxpayers paid for it. And the companies didn't put it in. We all got screwed, very badly!
