Eight members of a German far-right group were sentenced to jail Wednesday on terrorism and attempted murder charges for a series of explosives attacks targeting refugees and anti-fascist activists.
Based in Germany's ex-communist east, the so-called "Freital group" had sought to create "a climate of fear" at the height of Germany's refugee and migrant influx in 2015, the court was told.
Its leaders Timo Schulz and Patrick Festing were sentenced to 10 and nine-and-a-half years prison respectively. The other six received custodial terms of between four and eight-and-a-half years.

Why would you think the British thought of Washington as anything other than a soldier? He lead an army and his men wore uniforms and stood in ranks to trade volleys with the redcoats, on the odd occasion he could be caught.
If Britain had won the American Revolution they might have hung Washington, but it would be as a traitor.
The term "terrorist" has been co-opted in the West to mean "anyone fighting against our brave boys", although these guys look like pretty text book terrorists.

You cannot but help notice that one of the criminal's name is "timo", Greek for "honored". And the other is, OMG, "Patrick", as in "having driven all the snakes out of Ireland". Do you seriously believe that this is mere coincidence? Or could it be that all of Europe are racist bastards? Thank goodness none of that ever crossed over to the Colonies in North America, where everyone lives a life of pure equality, guaranteed by a noble and well thought out Constitution. All are equal before the law, and if you violate that, you are going down, whether in the Deutschbundlands or the United States of America. Law, wonderful thing, ain't it?

George Washington is not a good example. He was a general in the British army before becoming a general in the American revolutionary army.
