Ubisoft is cracking down on "Toxic Players" in the game "Rainbow Six: Siege". I was somewhat surprised to see that they hadn't implemented a mute option to begin with as well.

Players will also soon have the ability to mute either or both of the text and voice chat for other players in their matches, giving more "direct control over communication channels."

I left the world of FPS Multiplayer games nearly 10 years ago, because of the toxic environment. Then again, that may have mostly just been staying away from certain games (Call of Duty) that appealed to the demographic (10 year old kids who can more or less say whatever they feel like) I didn't want to associate with. It's one thing to have the occasional being "cursed at" by a teenager / adult, because something went belly up for them. It's another to have a string of profanity that you've never heard the like being uttered by a 10 year old kid as a standard part of the game.

Apparently their parents don't know where they are / what they're doing, don't believe in parenting, don't think that verbal abuse is a thing, or some various mixture thereof. I'm not generally in favor of censorship, but at some point someone needs to step-in. At one point that was the parents, but that doesn't seem to be happening nearly as much as it used to.

The core of the changes centers around players using "racial or homophobic slurs, or hate speech," defined by the game's Code of Conduct as language that's "illegal, dangerous, threatening, abusive, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, hateful, racist, sexist, ethically offensive, or constituting harassment."

TL;DR
Game company banning toxic players. It's about time.

At this point TMB's lack of response to many posts indicates one of two things.

Either he actually has grown a little and realized that his statement was a bit naive, or he was just trolling so he could eat some popcorn.

Maybe, just maybe, he is crying in the corner at all the harsh words.

You forgot the most likely reason: I went fishing.

Good call, that way you could mask your tears by saying a fish splashed you! Didn't think you were so clever.

You forgot one thing though, real men don't cry ya big sissy.

The only thing that's hurt my feelings at all today is that the fish weren't biting. Even then, it was still a nice day out at the lake with good company.

Your feelings were hurt by fish? Wow, you're a bigger pussy than the people you like to make fun of!

At least you had a good day, aside from the mean hurtful fish of course.

Does the documentary include a section on mating behaviour?
I'm interested for an explanation for his heightened interest in boobs.

Infantile regressive behavior, often observed amongst the alt-male. Only tangentially related to mating behavior, and more often than not attempts at reproduction fail, resulting in recriminations, and the creation of a "Red Pillar" solitary male of the species. It's not at all regressive behavior. Regressive would necessitate that I, at some point, had "grown" beyond being fascinated by boobs. Since I am a human male, heterosexual, and not dead, this is not the case.

Regressive: decreasing in rate as the base increases.

So as your base years increase your effective years decrease. This explains the "dirty old man" phenomena. Maybe dementia is settling in sooner than you expected?

I submit that your average behavior from 10 - 20 did not involve nearly as many references to boobies in casual discussions as they do now. Even if you maintained the same level of "booby fascination" or if it even dropped a little you are still regressive when compared to the average male as most grow out of "booby booby boobiieeees!" and learn to be more gentile in their appreciation. Honestly you strike me as a little Trump wannabe, you both have similar behaviors though thank Neptune you're not quite that ridiculous.

Not the case at all. My fascination with boobs has decreased, though not a lot, since my hormones calmed down. One of the great things about being a guy is you do not have to throw out things you enjoyed when you were younger as you age. We get to continue enjoying them as well as adding new things we enjoy.

Honestly you strike me as a little Trump wannabe, you both have similar behaviors though thank Neptune you're not quite that ridiculous.

That's a common sentiment from the regressive left. You lot are so isolated in your bubbles that anything not fitting them looks the same to you. Like here there are insanely huge differences between a libertarian and a conservative but you guys can't see them because of the "reeeeeeee" factor.
