The first US penis transplant was successfully performed in 2016. Last year, a uterus transplant recipient gave birth for the first time in the US, too. Now, doctors at Johns Hopkins University have successfully transplanted an entire penis and scrotum to a young serviceman who sustained injuries in Afghanistan resulting in the loss of his genitals.

"We are hopeful that this transplant will help restore near-normal urinary and sexual functions for this young man," said Johns Hopkins' W.P. Andrew Lee, M.D. in a statement. Nine plastic surgeons and two urological specialists took 14 hours to transplant a deceased donor's entire penis and scrotum (minus testicles), along with a partial abdominal wall, to the young man, who wishes to remain anonymous.

How many more years until two trans-gender people can swap genitals? Then people paying $$ for a contract to get the big genitals of a guy after he dies? I'd be happy to accept 10k now if someone wants my dick in 20 years. Well, I guess my old limp dick wouldn't be fought after, so perhaps that market won't exist except for teenage deaths.

Well, assuming World War 3 isn't the end of modern civilization, after which will come another 1,000 years of darkness (it seems to be a cycle the humans like to go through), I'd give it 50 years.

It's entirely another question whether that will ever be accessible to people in the working class. I'm guessing the answer is a big fat fucking never.

Let me put it to you this way. It's trivial to prevent a trans girl from being exposed to testosterone, allowing her to have the appearance and voice of a cis^H^H^H normal woman. The technology to do that amazing thing costs roughly $30 per month. A trans girl could afford that entirely herself with a paper route. How often do you ever see that happen? How about nev... ok, very rarely. Advanced infiltrators of that caliber are a mortal threat to the elites and the residual chauvinisms and bigotries that have been foisted on to the working class during the past 40 years of identity politics--the very underpinnings of the capability to reduce the value of certain people's lives to zero and turn them into cannon fodder to fight their wars for blood oil.

You're challenging the very basis of "women and children" vs. "military aged males." The elites won't have that.

And now you know the rest of the story.

Why is it 30 per month? Why not just remove both testicles? If you are still so attached to your balls you're not a girl.
