Vox reports

We all have a preferred time for sleeping — a body clock. There are “morning people,” “evening people [aka 'night owls'],” and those in between. Our preferences for when to sleep are called chronotypes. And, increasingly, researchers have been investigating what happens to people whose body clocks are out of sync with the rest of society.

[...] Those who reported having a later chronotype (people who are night owls) had a 10 percent increased likelihood of dying compared to people who had an earlier chronotype. And this was true for people of all ages in the study, and for both men and women.

[...] It’s hard to know how all these risks interplay with one another, and there’s no clear answer as to why there may be health risks to being a late sleeper.

But here’s a compelling hypothesis: When our biological clock is out of sync with society’s, our whole biology gets thrown off, and many aspects of our lives grow more stressful. Having a very late chronotype is like living in a constant state of jet lag, which takes a toll on the body.

Underrated modding this, so someone can -10 Spam mod it to the depths of the hell that this very sick person lives in.

Well that did not work. Any other Soylentils on the right side of the planet to do the right thing here? Whether is if EF or not.

Spam Modders are very DUMB and very FOOLISH. They're trying to stop someone from tweeting -- and these are terrible tweets -- they may end up stopping someone else from tweeting. Or even themselves. Because the cyber of SoylentNews has a lot of problems. So the wrong people get banned. Unless, or until, the Administrators look into it. And if it's somebody they like, maybe they cancel the ban. Like they did for Ethanol-fueled. I've gotten so many Spam Mods, it's no fun. And the Administrators canceled most of them. They left one -- very unfair! And you've gotten a lot too, you didn't like it. You wrote in your journal about how unfair it was. Very easy to find that in your journal. And I thought, Aristarchus, there's something going on with him mentally, he's not all there, that's too bad. But he's so right about the Spam Mods, he said something smart, they're a terrible idea. And I just saw the very first Spam tweet -- first one I've seen -- in this topic. I don't believe in Spam Modding, but I warned people, look out for bad cyber. And here's another terrible tweet, I don't call it Spam, it has a Score of -1. But somehow you saw it. And you tried to make it so other folks would see it too. Draw their attention to it, so they read it. And maybe end up like so many of our very brave soldiers do. With the PTSD. Not nice and very foolish!

Well if your sig isn't spam, what is it?
Then there is this: "...there's something going on with him mentally, he's not all there..." Like maybe you are seeing only you own reflection.
