Arthur T Knackerbracket has found the following story:

It's often been said that the eyes are the window to the soul, revealing what we think and how we feel. Now, new research reveals that your eyes may also be an indicator of your personality type, simply by the way they move.

Developed by the University of South Australia in partnership with the University of Stuttgart, Flinders University and the Max Planck Institute for Informatics in Germany, the research uses state-of-the-art machine-learning algorithms to demonstrate a link between personality and eye movements.

Findings show that people's eye movements reveal whether they are sociable, conscientious or curious, with the algorithm software reliably recognising four of the Big Five personality traits: neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness.

Researchers tracked the eye movements of 42 participants as they undertook everyday tasks around a university campus, and subsequently assessed their personality traits using well-established questionnaires.

UniSA's Dr Tobias Loetscher says the study provides new links between previously under-investigated eye movements and personality traits and delivers important insights for emerging fields of social signal processing and social robotics.

Me... sthenolagnia. But ashamed to admit it. But its the main thing that drives me nuts on women.

I will AC it to see if anyone has similar. I do not know how common it is.

No shame in it. The shame belongs to those who look down on such things.

That looks like sthenos (powerful, strong) + lagnia (worship, fetishism). So like, really, really muscley women...?

Got me... muscley women ( not necessarily big, or even strong ) work me up big time. Something about feeling the texture of muscles tensing and relaxing cause me to become very aroused.

I am far more stheno than cratno. Not too much of a boob guy, although I do fantasize that those things are pec muscles.

Have you checked to make sure you're not just gay? That's a serious question by the way. The traits you claim to like are far more common in men than in women.

I don't know. I am not aroused by sexual organs of either gender.

I do find skinny longhaired effeminate men arousing, as do I find skinny but muscularly defined women.

Just love feeling their arms, especially the biceps.

Been that way since I first discovered the alternate use for that thing.

Sounds somewhere slightly to the gay side of bi to me but that's just a dispassionate opinion based on your answer. I ain't even sort of interested in telling you how to live.

Thanks... I thought I was just plain off-base and would not have even brought it up had it not been for the opportunity to post anonymously.

I am quite relieved the reaction to my post did not stir up a bunch of condemnation.

When I was a kid, bringing up such a thing would have got me into trouble with everyone, and it would have brought down discipline on me until I told them what they wanted to hear. So I chickened out and did not say a thing about it.
