Americans looking to land a first job or break into a dream career face their best odds of success in years.

Employers say they are abandoning preferences for college degrees and specific skill sets to speed-up hiring and broaden the pool of job candidates. Many companies added requirements to job postings after the recession, when millions were out of work and human-resource departments were stacked with resumes.

[...] "Candidates have so many options today," said Amy Glaser, senior vice president of Adecco Group, a staffing agency with around 10,000 company clients in search of employees. "If a company requires a degree, two rounds of interviews and a test for hard-skills, candidates can go down the street to another employer who will make them an offer that day."

Ms. Glaser estimates one in four of the agency's employer clients have made drastic changes to their recruiting process since the start of the year, such as skipping drug tests or criminal background checks, or removing preferences for a higher degree or high-school diploma.

I have often wanted to do this. Some sort of condom-catheter thingie... cause I often have to piss at the most inappropriate times and places, and can't be caught wagging my weenie in public trying to get relief.

But I can almost always find a grate, drain, or sandy spot to dress down when no one is looking.

If that drain was at the inner part of the heel of my shoe, I could find an appropriate grate to stand on, let fly, and no one would be the wiser.

And no one could bring their kid by, then nail me for a sex crime, when it had absolutely nothing to do with sex.

No one thinks twice when dogs do it. I envy the dog. I gotta find an approved somewhere to go. Today, I am expected to buy something everytime I have to go pee outside my own house, unless its someplace like a shopping mall.

Admittedly, I keep a large clothing detergent bottle in the car just for that purpose, as its wide mouth and I can hide my weenie in it while I do my business, hunched over, as if trying to find something.

Or in traffic, vent the fluid just like the air conditioner vents it, neatly under the car, indistinguishable from condensate.
