Google is going to Europe's top court in its legal fight against an order requiring it to extend "right to be forgotten" rules to its search engines globally.

The technology giant is set for a showdown at the European Union Court of Justice in Luxembourg on Tuesday with France's data privacy regulator over an order to remove search results worldwide upon request.

The dispute pits data privacy concerns against the public's right to know, while also raising thorny questions about how to enforce differing legal jurisdictions when it comes to the borderless internet.

For years people knew about minor "faux pas" of many well-known people: Politicians, businessmen, artists, and... guess what, if these well known people didn't persisted in their actions, nothing bad happened! Sometimes if events were funny enough, these things helped to gain popularity in some environments. If a businessman went bankrupt for some reason (IIRC this started the "right to be forgotten" case) and then he opened another business, people could know that by this bankrupt the businessman learned how not to fail in this manner, and the business may be governed even better by more experienced manager.
Until, the following facts may interrupt this thinking process:
      - Propaganda of no thinking. If these minor faux pas are used to compromise one side and the other has a right to censor any of their, they show themselves as saints. People swallow it.
      - DDoS of worthless content blocks analysing of incoming information. That's why all "fake news" spread uncontrollably.
      - ...or, The businessman discussed is just a swindler who wants to start with a "blank card" again.
And these 3 things are not Internet's problem, but people's problem caused by specific branch called "marketing". And this should be limited.
