IPAWS National Test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA)
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) on September 20, 2018. The WEA portion of the test commences at 2:18 p.m. EDT, and the EAS portion follows at 2:20 p.m. EDT. The test will assess the operational readiness of the infrastructure for distribution of a national message and determine whether improvements are needed. The WEA test message will be sent to cell phones that are connected to wireless providers participating in WEA. This is the fourth EAS nationwide test and the first national WEA test. Previous EAS national tests were conducted in November 2011, September 2016, and September 2017 in collaboration with the FCC, broadcasters, and emergency management officials in recognition of FEMA's National Preparedness Month.
[...] Cell towers will broadcast the WEA test for approximately 30 minutes beginning at 2:18 p.m. EDT. During this time, WEA compatible cell phones that are switched on, within range of an active cell tower, and whose wireless provider participates in WEA should be capable of receiving the test message. Some cell phones will not receive the test message, and cell phones should only receive the message once. The WEA test message will have a header that reads "Presidential Alert" and text that says:
"THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed."
The WEA system is used to warn the public about dangerous weather, missing children, and other critical situations through alerts on cell phones. The national test will use the same special tone and vibration as with all WEA messages (i.e. Tornado Warning, AMBER Alert). Users cannot opt out of the WEA test. If circumstances, such as a major weather event, cause the IPAWS National Test to be postponed, the back-up date is Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

Banned from Facebook, banned from YouTube, censored on iTunes. And now banned from Twitter. Because he told the truth! They call it DEPLATFORMED. And it can happen to me. You know they'd love to do it to me. Can you imagine Facebook banning me, Twitter banning me. They'd go out of business. And folks would get their News from the crooked failing @nytimes [twitter.com], @NBCNews [twitter.com], @ABC [twitter.com], @CBS [twitter.com] & @CNN [twitter.com]. Wet dream for Fake MSM. But, I have something to fall back on. The Emergency Alerts.
Don't worry, folks, I will not allow our great country to be sold out by anti-Trump haters in the dying newspaper industry. No matter how much they try to distract and cover it up, our country is making great progress under my leadership and I will NEVER EVER stop fighting for the American people!

SoylentNews, they don't call it the ban. They call it the timeout corner. You said something we didn't like. Or, somebody used your cyber, the same cyber as you. And said something we don't agree with. Or something that upset our stomach. Go sit in the corner and shut up! And people write terrible things. The person that writes about rapeing so many babies, rapeing so many women. About breaking their bones and killing them. Very very not nice. Believe me, I don't want to see that one while I'm eating my KFC (I would never rape a baby). But, Spam Modders like @requerdanos put a Spam Mod on it. So bad cyber bans many many people. It's very dumb AI, it can't tell a baby rape tweet from anything else. So lots of folks get sent to the "timeout corner." Get banned. Which, possibly, is what the baby rape person wants. And I said -- and I wasn't the first to say it -- hold on, you're banning so many folks because of this one person -- probably one person. But the Spam Modder said, "oh, mod parent to oblivion." Because he only wants to read things he agrees with. And he chose the side of, let's ban people until I only see -- only read -- things I like.
Look what they did to @MyOpinion and @fakefuck39. They're tweeting with a ZERO Score. And for a little while @fakefuck39 was tweeting at -1. MINUS ONE. For saying, don't take too much Folic Acid because of Cancer. Very important message for the Health. And for saying the SoylentNews guys are White Trash -- very mean thing to say, very not nice. But, Minus One for that? And I was tweeting for weeks without my Bonus Score. Because I said, Chief Editor @janrinok lied. He said @aristarchus made a Fake Headline, it wasn't fake. It was from the story, the article about Hugo Awards. 100%. As anybody could see. If they looked they could see that, very easily. But, so many down mods for saying it!
And look what happened to @Aryanx277 and @Jondraper88. They write in their journals. But nobody sees it on the front, or Main Page. I call it the SHADOW BAN. They picked names that say, I'm Aryan. I'm a man. And they got banned very quickly.
Our left & alt-left, they think, "oh, it can't happen to us!" But, where is @__OriginalOwner-? So many tweets, so many Subs from that one. But he stopped. I didn't see his tweet of "fuck you all, I'm leaving." Like so many folks do. And maybe he's "sitting in the timeout corner," maybe he's banned because somebody else tweeted about rapeing babies. Who knows, who really knows? The Editors & Administrators know.
