Ivanka Trump used personal email for official White House business

First daughter and presidential advisor Ivanka Trump used a personal email account dozens of times to conduct official White House business, The Washington Post reports, citing an internal White House investigation. It's an ironic revelation given her father's obsession with Hillary Clinton's own use of a private email server during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Federal law requires government officials to preserve written records of their activities—and that includes email. Government email systems are set up to comply with these laws, and federal IT guidelines require government officials to use their official email accounts for all official business. The use of official email accounts may also reduce the risk of sensitive communications being intercepted by foreign intelligence agencies.

[...] Ivanka Trump's use of a personal email account was discovered in September 2017. Ivanka said she was simply unfamiliar with rules requiring official business to be conducted via official email accounts—despite the fact that her father had made Hillary Clinton's violation of the same rules a central theme of his campaign.

Last year Politico reported that Ivanka Trump's husband, Jared Kusher, had been conducting official business using an email address on the same ijkfamily.com domain. But at the time it wasn't known if Ivanka was doing the same thing. We learned about Ivanka's use of the ijkfamily.com domain for government business last November, but until now we didn't know the extent of Ivanka's use of this activity.

Julian Assange says the most important revelation was the admission that Qatar and Saudi Arabia, some of the US's biggest allies in the region and some of the Clinton Foundations largest donors, are supporting ISIS... This went from a suspicion to common knowledge overnight. In another email Cheryl Mills states that Obama was well aware of Clintons use of an illegal server. Many people would think that the biggest revelation of the DNC leak was what got Debbie Wasserman-Schultz fired... ie. that the Hillary campaign was colluding with the Democratic National Comittee (DNC) to undercut the Bernie Sanders campaign. It was revealed how the Clintons were using their foundation as a private slush fund... Chelsea even used it to pay for her wedding. Republicans would probably care that it was revealed Clinton lied to the FBI and pergured herself before Congress about Bengazi - it showed she was untruthful, and that she knew she was being untruthful.

Granted, the Podesta emails were interesting also... for example:

        1) The Moroccan king had donated 12M to the Clinton Foundation... and obviously felt a quid pro quo arrangement had been made - Huma Abeddin was furious that Clinton was considering being a no-show in Morocco due to her presidential campaign. A similar quid pro quo arrangement had already been leaked was flagged in a focus group as her biggest election issue ie. Uranium One (as revealed in another email).
        2) A Primary Debate question was leaked to Clinton by Donna Brazile, which got Brazile fired from her media job after the Wikileaks release. She was then immediately hired by the Clinton campaign (apparently the Clintons "always reward their friends"... this turn of phrase came out in another email). The DNC also showed her a strange favouritism later by hiring Brazile as their interim chair. (By the way : Post Trump Brazile seems to have got scared and released a tell-all book outlining how Clinton had literally bought the election from the DNC through another of those Clinton quid pro quo arrangements. This is literally true.).
        3) Doug Band called Chelsea Clinton a spoiled brat because she had audited the Clinton Foundation and had discovered some of the quid pro quo arrangements that others at the Clinton Foundation were using to enrich themselves... and was naively trying to stop it. Doug said something like "she'll wreck everything" or similar.

I'm sure... Wasn't there something about most of the 9.5 Billion donated for Haiti going missing (later confirmed by Haitian journalist Dede Cheri)? If we had a decent media someone would have already created a list of revelations crosslinked to the Wikileaks archives.

You're still looking at cash money, ie, property. I'm far more interested in the bodies in the closet. To me, at least, THAT is the real story. There was already a book written, in 1986, detailing the trail of bodies, when I arrived in Arkansas. That list has only grown longer since then. But, no one can actually pin anything on the Teflon Clintons.

You can steal billions, literally, and not worry about the death penalty. Most people can kill just one single individual, and they're facing the death penalty. But, if you're big enough, have enough dirt on everyone, and can pay off everyone else, you can kill dozens, and get away with it. Or, have them killed, which amounts to the same thing.

There's this argument that people don't talk anymore in this country. The thing is that half of this country is completely and utterly misinformed and not based on reality. Part of the reason is people like the parent spreading bullshit.

Rookie mistake that shouldn't have happened early in the administration. Quite possibly she should be fired out of principle, but doubt that will happen as it is an obvious special case.
Not that we won't likely see this compared endlessly, but there are clear differences that make Hillary's actions far more troubling.
    .
Hillary set up her own long term shadow IT infrastructure for classified emails, specifically to avoid federal law. When discovered, she subsequently engaged in intentional spoliation of evidence by bleachbit-ing the server into noise.
Ivanka used a commercial email account for logistics and scheduling very early in the administration and stopped in short order. Conversely, if the government tells a Google or whoever to give them access to emails in an account for discovery, they get them.
