Ivanka Trump used personal email for official White House business

First daughter and presidential advisor Ivanka Trump used a personal email account dozens of times to conduct official White House business, The Washington Post reports, citing an internal White House investigation. It's an ironic revelation given her father's obsession with Hillary Clinton's own use of a private email server during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Federal law requires government officials to preserve written records of their activities—and that includes email. Government email systems are set up to comply with these laws, and federal IT guidelines require government officials to use their official email accounts for all official business. The use of official email accounts may also reduce the risk of sensitive communications being intercepted by foreign intelligence agencies.

[...] Ivanka Trump's use of a personal email account was discovered in September 2017. Ivanka said she was simply unfamiliar with rules requiring official business to be conducted via official email accounts—despite the fact that her father had made Hillary Clinton's violation of the same rules a central theme of his campaign.

Last year Politico reported that Ivanka Trump's husband, Jared Kusher, had been conducting official business using an email address on the same ijkfamily.com domain. But at the time it wasn't known if Ivanka was doing the same thing. We learned about Ivanka's use of the ijkfamily.com domain for government business last November, but until now we didn't know the extent of Ivanka's use of this activity.

Let's see. There were 10 investigations into Benghazi of which 6 were run by Republicans. There were 3 inquires into Whitewater. Nada. What's that saying about doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results?

That "same thing over and over" isn't exactly what you imply. The "same thing" that was done over and over, was to appoint incompetent prosecutors. That silly damned investigation into what Bill Clinton was doing with his pecker? Totally fucking INSANE. Bill was selling military technology to Red China, openly, and blantantly, not to mention treasonously - and no one talked about impeaching him for that. THAT case would have been an open-and-shut conviction. Instead, they wanted to peek under his bed sheets.

I'm often accused of being in league with the Republicans. But, those Republicans are as stupid, or stupider than, the Democrats. THAT is why I am independent.

Here is one direct link: https://capitalresearch.org/article/flashback-bill-clinton-gave-china-missile-technology/ [capitalresearch.org]

With all this talk of Russians allegedly interfering in U.S. elections, it is worth recalling that it wasn’t too long ago that the previous Democrat in the White House betrayed America by working hand in hand with our Communist enemies in mainland China.

As president, Bill Clinton essentially wiped out any strategic advantage the U.S. had by selling advanced U.S. missile technology to our enemy, the People’s Republic of China.

That “administration’s voluntary release of all the secrets of America’s nuclear tests, combined with the systematic theft of the secrets that were left as a result of its lax security controls, effectively wiped out America’s technological edge,” David Horowitz writes in the recently published, The Black Book of the American Left Volume 7: The Left in Power: Clinton to Obama.

    - The Bushes (both H.W. and W.) have repeatedly used their public office to protect their personal oil interests. And George W Bush committed crimes against humanity, most of them at Gitmo.
    - The Clintons have repeatedly used their public office to make oodles of money for themselves. Bill Clinton also committed at least 1 crime against humanity, namely blowing up pharmaceutical factories in Africa.
    - Barack Obama is guilty of murder of Anwar al-Awlaki and his son. Neither of them were ever charged with a crime, nor was any evidence presented that they were fighting against the US, and both were targeted with drone strikes. He's also possibly involved in a crime against humanity, namely targeting a Doctors Without Borders-run hospital in Afghanistan. Gitmo remained open throughout his term of office.
    - Donald Trump has repeatedly used his public office to make oodles of money for himself, starting with staying at his own resorts at public expense. He's definitely guilty of felonies prior to becoming president as well, and has friends in the mob. His treatment of refugees seeking asylum in the US may constitute a crime against humanity. Gitmo remains open.

The basic story here is that most modern presidents are guilty as all get-out of breaking laws, doing unconstitutional acts, breaking the Geneva Conventions, etc. They all know they will never be prosecuted for those actions: There's a tacit agreement among the Dems and Reps to never go after former presidents formed no later than 1974, and the US excludes itself from the International Criminal Court, and no other country dares to arrest any of them to try them for their war crimes because that might trigger a US military response.

            1. These Yanks here were kinda brown too.
            2. Generally speaking, it's a lot harder to prove that killing foreigners in a war zone is illegal than it is to prove that killing Yankee civilians in war zone is illegal. Hence the emphasis on the Yanks.
