Arthur T Knackerbracket has found the following story:

Health authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have resumed efforts to fight a major Ebola outbreak in eastern Beni region after a brief suspension following clashes.

"Despite deadly attacks .. Ebola response activities are continuing," the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Sunday.

[...] "Since their arrival in the region, the response teams have faced threats, physical assaults, repeated destruction of their equipment and kidnapping," Oly Ilunga.

On Saturday, a ceremony was held for the peacekeepers who were killed in the previous night's attack.

Fifteen other peacekeepers were killed in an ADF assault on a MONUSCO base in Beni in December 2017.

    "is there a nuclear option?"

Alternatively, a wall*. I'm not sure if a wall would be there to keep African problems in Africa, or to end the rest of the world's continual interference in African affairs. Probably a bit of both, and either way it might be a good thing...

*Yes, I know, my geography is that good. So add a sea and air blockade.

Right! Not even fight the symptoms, much less the causes. Waste money on daily basis building and guarding something nobody benefits of, except MIC. That's the American way - $170K of debt per tax payer [usdebtclock.org], 105% of GDP of govt debt [tradingeconomics.com].

the "unwelcomed" southerly caravan that just happened to up-and-go massively will be screened at the border
and "humanitarly" allowed to seek "a better life" once vetted to be able to increase the GDP by the missing 5%
so that debt obligations minus GDP equals zero ... until gambled away by people who don't care about twitter
but have the direct phone number?
