London's Metropolitan Police Service will be testing facial recognition technology in a handful of locations across the central core of the British capital on both Monday and Tuesday for eight hours each day.
This trial marks the seventh such trial in London since 2016. In addition to the December 17-18 tests, authorities have said there will be three more tests that have yet to be scheduled.
Time to break out the Guy Fawkes masks, Londoners.

If you really get the police riled up enough to put the resources into it, I wouldn't put too much faith in those sunglasses and medical masks.

Also outer ear shape is as unique and distinctive as fingerprints (seriously).
I'm kind of thinking that a metal-weave full-body burka (or Storm Trooper armor and say you are cosplaying?) may be the only way to walk around anonymously soon.
