    Very special road, it's called Expressway. Also known as Turnpike. We have some magnificent ones in New York. Bruckner Expressway, I-278, Cross Bronx Expressway, Trans-Manhattan Expressway, P.I.P., Lincoln Tunnel Expressway, B.Q.E. Actually, avoid the B.Q.E. at all costs. That one is a disaster. Thank you, Robert Moses (RIP!!).

      So many times, Congress tells me what to spend the money on. Instead of letting me decide. What I'd love to have is the account where they put the money in. And I do whatever I want with it. We call it the Slush Fund. And it would solve many problems!!!
