The US government is seeking public comments on blocking sites accused of hosting copyright infringing materials and ISP liability in such cases. The discussion includes possible harmonization with current developments in the EU in regards to copyright and will take place in two parts. The first stage will deal with US case law developments since the last meetings. The second stage will focus on foreign developments, such as the infamous Articles 11, 12a, and 13, and how these relate to the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of Internet service provider liability.
The U.S. Government's Copyright Office is continuing its review on the future of the DMCA's safe harbor provisions. It's specifically asking the public for input on recent domestic and international developments that relate to ISP liability, including Article 13 and pirate site blocking.

I'm with the people who demonstrated their support for net neutrality with their actions. And, I am opposed to those who demonstrated their opposition with their actions.

It's called a declaratory ruling and it's located right here. [fcc.gov] This is how the Democrats instituted net neutrality.

Yes they are acting precisely the same way, they should have written proper legislation passed by congress, so screw their phony bullshit. Neither side really wants your net neutrality. Don't you recognize "good cop/bad cop" when you see it? Or are you that much of a fan?

I mostly agree with them. What the democratic party is is a decent, sane, if equally corrupt, version of a right wing party.
If you strip away the pointless angry racism, the rabidly anti-science bullshit, and worshiping of the rich as having divine right of kings from the republican party, you'd be left with a party that's militaristic/jingoistic, obsessed with slow incremental and cautious progress, in favor of market-based solutions to problems, and that's the dems, at least mostly.
That fact, probably more than any other, drives the waves of voter apathy that define our political situation. And the "Oh shit trump is fucking godawful" political awakening will die as soon as it spawned because people will go back to feeling like they have no real choices.
