A 27-year-old Indian man plans to sue his parents for giving birth to him without his consent. Mumbai businessman Raphael Samuel told the BBC that it's wrong to bring children into the world because they then have to put up with lifelong suffering. Mr Samuel, of course, understands that our consent can't be sought before we are born, but insists that "it was not our decision to be born". So as we didn't ask to be born, we should be paid for the rest of our lives to live, he argues.

Mr Samuel's belief is rooted in what's called anti-natalism - a philosophy that argues that life is so full of misery that people should stop procreating immediately. This, he says, would gradually phase out humanity from the Earth and that would also be so much better for the planet.

[...] In a statement, his mother Kavita Karnad Samuel explained her response to "the recent upheaval my son has created". "I must admire my son's temerity to want to take his parents to court knowing both of us are lawyers. And if Raphael could come up with a rational explanation as to how we could have sought his consent to be born, I will accept my fault," she said.

BBC:
Indian man to sue parents for giving birth to him

Mr. Samuel's argument sounds a bit entitled but there are philosophical grounds in support of anti-natalism:
Having children is not life-affirming: it's immoral

All you have to do is change the "India" to "Area", and it suddenly becomes an article from the Onion.

As far as not having kids goes, that's already happening [nbcnews.com], and there are some idiots who are handwringing about it rather than celebrating the fact that teenage girls aren't getting pregnant and adults are waiting until they're friggin' ready to be great parents rather than having kids they can't afford to feed. You know, the responsible thing.

Don't worry, I'm working very hard for you on that one. I'm putting in the best Judges. The ones that are going to OVERTURN Roe v Wade. And Doe v Bolton. Very famous cases. People don't know this, Mary Doe (Fake name) was actually very Pro Life. But a Crooked Attorney brought the case without even telling her!! And she tried very hard to get it overturned. But, she died (RIP!!). And Mary Roe (Fake name again) changed her mind, she was very sorry she won that one. She also tried very hard to get it overturned. Until she died (RIP!!). They'll be overturned. It's going to be up to the States. And many States already have the ban. They're ready.

if reproduction of a population is less than 2 children per couple population declines which is a disaster for geriatrics (see japan) who find themselves too old to work, no kids to support them and apart of a smaller tax base which is harder to leech off of. ergo mass migration to Europe.
for instance how can social security payments in america continue if population does not increase at a rate outpacing inflation as it relates to social security payments. 4% inflation = 96.15 cents per $ per year necessitates pop growth to keep value of payouts the same.
oh wait, fiat currency, nvm just hyperinflate when usd devalues after perto$ switches to china$ or rupees because menials are too stupid to see themselves getting severely screwed. by then 25 trillion will seem like pocket change next to the 1-2 tril/year nationalized heath industry (which is like 25% of the economy) and the laughable 5 tril/year green new deal proposed by certified idiots like that bartender from NY turned congresswoman. thats not even accounting for the massive GPD cliff that america falls off of when all the semis (10% of job market) start rusting in parking lots because there is no diesel to run them. totally worth it if people who live on the coast dont have to hypothetically move in 25 years due to co2 climate change theory who's models fail absolutely every time in just a few years of subjection to reality. maybe not a big deal since half the population will starve in their massive cities because food cannot be made or shipped in without millions of tonnes of fuel going into semis and tracktors.. yeah that bar tender sure is smart. I cant wait for her brilliant legislation to pass. at least after LA and NYC starve the DNC base will be about 50 million people short of being able to politically compete. not that the RNC is any better, fiscally speaking.

    the future is bright.
