Amazon is reportedly planning a new, low-cost grocery chain

Amazon is reportedly planning to open dozens of grocery stores in major US cities, which will be under different branding from its Whole Foods chain. The first location may open in Los Angeles before the end of this year, while it's signed leases for at least two other stores, according to Wall Street Journal sources.

[...] Amazon already has a grocery delivery service, and the reported chain would expand its retail footprint beyond Whole Foods, 4-Star stores and self-service Amazon Go outlets. It's not clear whether the planned stores will also be cashierless, though the report suggests they'll have a strong focus on customer service and pick-up options.

This hits close to home because I had a recent discussion with a friend about Yeti's anti-gun stance, and the irony that REI claims to be an outdoorsy place and yet all of their customers here are anti-gun baby-boomers. Guns were traditionally one of the great equalizers which allowed (and still allow) man parity with nature.

I don't understand why more American companies adopt the apolitical approach. You have an official PR boilerplate of some shit like " Our only interest is satisfying our customers with quality product, " and optionally with a "...and our diverse workforce comes together to produce that quality product..." message.

Then along with that you have yearly trainings for all employees about keeping personal politics the fuck out of the business, and as a result don't give rogue employees like the Google leakers the opportunity to fuck your shit up by having damning evidence to show by not allowing company resources to be used for personal politics. You can be a dick about it and use keyword-flagging in the e-mail system if you have to. It is work, after all, not play.

Sure, some leftists might try to goad you into picking a side, but if you give them the bare minimum of "fuck off" then they'll go look for an easier target, like fag-hating cake-bakers or some shit. And if they don't look for an easier target and somehow become super-organized about attacking an apolitical organization,

that means the Jews are behind it.
