Georgia Republicans Push for State 'Journalism Ethics Board':
Six Republican state representatives in Georgia have moved to create an "ethics board" for journalists that would require news organizations to provide copies of pictures and audio and video recordings of interviews to subjects who request them or risk civil penalty.
The cost of meeting those requests would be paid by the news organizations.
The proposed legislation, House Bill 734, titled the "Ethics in Journalism Act," was sponsored Tuesday by Rep. Andy Welch, who represents the city of McDonough.
The bill would create a board of media professionals and academics that would produce"a canon of ethics" and "develop a voluntary accreditation process in journalism ethics," which would also allow for the investigation and sanctioning of journalists.
This bill isn't really about local news publishers (although they would be censored too) this is about censoring CNN which is headquartered in Atlanta.

That's mostly because you're a far right extremist. CNN is a rightwing channel, it's just not as extremely rightwing as Fox News is. If they were extreme left, then how do you explain the fact that they haven't been strongly supportive of Bernie or the other progressive candidates? Instead, they've chosen to back rightwing Democrats and Republicans wherever possible.

You should get out more. Meet more people. To most of them you are a radical extreme leftist.

I hail from everywhere north and east of Texas. I'd lived in more states than you've driven through by the time I was ten years old. I've spit tobacco with rednecks, gone in drag to the RHPS in NYC, lived with gangbangers in Chicago, built fence with cowboys, and currently fish as often as possible with a couple old black preachers. I can get along with people from any background or station. You? You hate nearly everyone.

Oh, Uzzard...there's that word "hate" again. No, I'm neutral to just about everyone. There are perhaps 3 or 4 people I actually hate. If I actually hated large groups of people, I'd be doing something like...oh, I dunno, like what Runaway does, masturbating over the idea of killing 5 million of "my guys" to make sure 20 million of "those guys" die, or basing my entire political stance on the idea of "not letting my kids be third-class citizens to make brown and black people happy,"
THAT is hate. What you see from me is various shades of pique, annoyance, or personal beef. Learn the difference, you triggered, fragile fucking snowflake.
