According the Beeb (BBC):

At least 137 people have been killed and hundreds more injured in explosions at churches and hotels in Sri Lanka, police and hospital sources say.

At least eight blasts were reported. Three churches in Negombo, Batticaloa and Colombo's Kochchikade district were targeted during Easter services.

The Shangri-La, Kingsbury, Cinnamon Grand and a fourth hotel, all in Colombo, were also hit.

A curfew has been imposed from 18:00 to 06:00 local time (12:30-00:30 GMT).

The government also said there would a temporary block on the use of major social media networks.

No group has yet said it was responsible for the attacks.

Update:"At least 207 people have been killed and 450 hurt in explosions at churches and hotels in Sri Lanka, police say."

          ...
According to the Center for Nonproliferation Studies,"Moslem and Muslim are basically two different spellings for the same word." But the seemingly arbitrary choice of spellings is a sensitive subject for many followers of Islam. Whereas for most English speakers, the two words are synonymous in meaning, the Arabic roots of the two words are very different. A Muslim in Arabic means"one who gives himself to God," and is by definition, someone who adheres to Islam. By contrast, a Moslem in Arabic means"one who is evil and unjust" when the word is pronounced, as it is in English, Mozlem with a z.

Events don't support your theory. If the event at ND was part of a bigger plan of coordinated attacks then why weren't there any other churches or hotels in France targeted at the same time? There is also the issue of timing, if it was some grand plan being put into effect why didn't it all happen the same day?

A good conspiracy theory should make you go "hmmm' thoughtfully or trigger aggressive denial. An incredulous "what?" is not acceptable.

Please consider taking a refresher course in conspiracy theory construction, even my 12 year old Nephew could come up with a better one and he has only taken the intro classes.

The "church attacks" your referring to is minor stuff, breaking and entering, desecration, theft and such, common vandalism with no injuries reported. Compared to eight coordinated explosions and 207 dead so far It isn't even on the same page.

The OP was insinuating a connection between last weeks fire at ND in France and the current event in Sri Lanka that isn't supported by the facts currently available. And that was what my comment was addressing.

Because relative harm means nothing to you? Burning down a cathedral in the middle of a crowded mass would indeed do more than raise an eyebrow for me. A cathedral merely catching fire in the midst of a risky renovation? Not so much. It's just going to cost them more to renovate it in the end.

Coincidences happen. Here, we have a reasonable alternate explanation that something caught fire in the construction area with lots of flammable stuff available.

As to the terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka, they already have home-brew terrorist groups such as the LTTE [wikipedia.org] capable of such attacks.
