Great engineers love solving problems. Fortunately for Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Lisa Su is one of them, and she has a knack for dealing with the semiconductor industry's hardest ones.

After getting her doctorate in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Su, 49, played a key leadership role in IBM 's groundbreaking work using copper to replace aluminum interconnects in computer chips, making them faster and more energy efficient.

In 2012, the year she joined AMD, the company was in trouble. AMD lost more than $1 billion as its products drastically underperformed Intel's. But Su was undaunted and excited to come aboard. "I've always been attracted to solving really tough problems," she says. "Problems actually create opportunities."

After becoming CEO in October 2014, she quickly refocused the company on its core high-performance computing business, establishing an ironclad policy of meeting commitments to customers.

During Su's tenure as CEO, AMD stock has risen more than 800%. The shares are up 80% this year through June 10, and AMD was the No. 1–performing stock in the S&P 500 index last year.

Su's technical expertise and intuition were critical to this resurgence. "I love spending time with the engineers, going into the lab, and getting a feel for what the real challenges are, because it just helps me make better decisions on the business," she says.

Well, yes, you should wonder. For once, you are not only right, but you are PERFECTLY RIGHT! Now, would you like a medal, or a chest to pin it on?

Neither, thanks. Knowing you you would claim anyone receiving anything was some sort of anti-white supremacy action that threatened your existence. I'm content that we all know exactly who and what you are.

All in one post, you've gone from being perfectly right, to spewing idiocy. That is your prerogative, of course.

Both posts were "perfectly right". You wear your fears of a non-white majority like a rainbow pin at a Pride parade. You post your true feelings so often I'm not sure how you can deny it.

No - I have no fear of a non-white majority. My fears are that the non-white majority, led by identity politics from the Dems and modern day SJW's will turn on me and mine. If you are referring to my post that 'Zumi keeps referring to, without understanding, the majority or minority status doesn't matter. When they come for me and mine, the bodies will hit the ground. If they don't come for me and mine, then YOU have nothing to fear from me. I have no fear. I'm quite sure that will all go over your head, of course.

Stated another way: I won't start a war, but I'll sure as hell end one.

I'm dizzy from the spin you tried to put on that.

At times your denials try to distance you from your other posts, but we've all been here long enough to know the real you. Your words, and your true feelings, give you away.

I own it. You're simply incapable of understanding what I write so clearly. Grow up, get an education, and stop listening to whoever you are listening to.

If I tell you that the sky is blue, you hear my words, but don't understand them. You believe that I have told you that the sky is pink. That is no fault of mine.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm much, more more educated than you think (and older too). But you always think you are smarter than anyone else. In fact, by telling yourself that lie on a consistent basis you have even convinced yourself that it's true (like the white supremacy version of George Constanta). But here's something you can't deny (but you will anyway): you claiming others are too stupid to understand does not make it so. It's trite, and is simply impotent against the truth.

We see your posts. We know who and what you are even when you deny it. And the fact that you need to constantly deny it when called out proves you know it's wrong, and shameful, but you do it anyway. And that is who you are.

Ho-hum. There's no denial needed. You see the world in one way, I see the world in another. History proves my way to be correct. No matter how much you wish it so, all the people in the world are not going to sit around the campfire, and sing Kumbayah with you. You see my posts, but you can't understand them. The socialists aren't going to create a new and better mankind, they can't offer you a new way of life.

Not everyone is too stupid to understand. It is mostly just the socialists, the SJW's, and various groups of activists. And, of course, those who hate hetero white Christian males on principal.

                  Again, the sky is blue.
