The cause of death was not disclosed, but Koch Industries said Koch, who lived in New York City, had contended for years with various illnesses, including prostate cancer.

  Given that there's now ample evidence that Trump has dementia, there's hope his appointments to the Supreme Court can be challenged. Even republicans are wondering when the 25th will be invoked. Anyone who still believes that the military would obey a nuclear launch order needs to look at what happened when Nixon tried it while drunk.
