    Current infrastructure in the US, the report says, is woefully underprepared:

    Did I miss a memo? Since when engineering gets to decide on the value of the business assets?
    It's definitely not underprepared, it is fined tuned, it's running efficiently like a lean, mean, profit squeezing machine.
    If part of it is going down, so much better, we'll get out the insurance for it then we'll jack up the prices (increased demand, what the fuckers are gonna do anyway?) and we're gonna dominate the stock charts the next quarter!!! Wooohoo, my sweet bonus - here I come!
