Quick note, due to emergency maintenance done today to workaround a problem with gluster, the main page was not properly updating for anonymous users as well as other site functionality being flakely. This caused some users to see stale comments, and/or article pages, as well as other site bugs. Right now, we've got a bunch of duct tape holding everything together, with larger work needing to be done over this weekend to get us back to "status quo".

I apologize for any disruption in your SN service, and will keep folks apprised of the situation.

It certainly can help earn you even more money. Just think of how it can help in these lucrative scenarios: You can tape people to chairs naked and rummage through their kitchen drawers mumbling about needing a sharper knife. You can be sure to get their debit card pin numbers, bank account info, etc. Tape peoples hands to their steering wheel making them drive you anywhere, free taxi service without that annoying meter! Cover security cameras in dimly lit parking garages. Tape two magazines together to double your fun. Prevent people from banging on the trunk alerting others of your scheme. Holding explosive charges in place. And the list goes on. Overall, it's a great investment.
