  It was him, actually.

  In March 2020, the Axos CEO, Greg Garrabrants, emailed employees to let them know he had instructed his IT team to install spying software on everyone's computer (excluding his own) to make sure they were indeed working from home during the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic.

  I have no pity for Axos lackeys employees, for they themselves were instrumental in WiseBanyan clients data mining affair at least.
