USA Today reports Trump has Officially Begun to Withdraw the US From the World Health Organization as Pandemic Spikes:
The Trump administration has officially begun to withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization, even as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to grip the globe and infections spike in many states across the U.S.
Congress received formal notification of the decision on Tuesday, more than a month after President Donald Trump announced his intention to end the U.S. relationship with the WHO and blasted the multilateral institution as a tool of China. The White House said the withdrawal would take effect on July 6, 2021.

Killing WHO at this point ...is like saying lets dissolve the government when there is a pandemic or war....may be a good idea but definitely not the right time
By that logic, it would be dangerous not to reelect this president for risk of dissolution of all the work he has done

Cute, but no. The analogy is a bit closer to saying "let's break the 2 party and electoral college systems because they brought us Trump" which frankly does sound like a good idea that really needs to wait. We need to put the fire out before we can dispose of the tinder safely.
However, the mechanisms are in place if we replace Trump. Party turnovers have happened, cabinets have been approved, and administrations have safely changed. It's not like a choice between Trump and complete anarchy. WHO on the other hand is heavily entrenched and, as other commenters have pointed out, there may not be a suitable replacement immediately available.

A century's old argument we have heard ad nauseum. There's no time like the present.
However, not to worry, the incumbents are winning their primaries, and we should expect to see the usual 90% of the same faces on C-SPAN next year, trudging, onward...
