Mask company makes custom coverings that look like your face:

With travel companies and countries around the world finally coming down on the side of mandatory facial coverings in public, many feel anxious that surgical masks eroding their individuality. Fortunately one artist turned-accidental-entrepreneur has come up with a solution to social hygiene that is as idiosyncratic as you are.

Unsurprisingly these custom 'Face ID Masks' began as a practical joke. With surgical masks printed to order from selfie photos, the company began taking orders on the website "Resting Risk Face.com" in June.

Using user submitted photos the company makes facial coverings that match your features and skin tone – with the pledge to make the wearer "more easily recognisable during viral pandemics."

The result is uncanny. Apparently the coverings are convincing enough to "unlock devices" using facial recognition.

For artist Danielle Baskin the project had started "just for fun".

I'd call that a pretty dangerous idea, one of the key reason the bozo doesn't get slapped constantly is the guys in suits that surround him. Unless you have some guys like that, I'd advise against doing that.

Wearing a MAGA hat means you should be assaulted by anti-fascists. You are asking for it! Pull a weapon, or deface a monument, and it will even go better for you. If you wear such a hat, you are announcing to all and sundry that you are responsible for 140,000 dead Americans. Think about that. Vietnam only killed 93,000. You need to be punched in the fact, at a minimum.

It wouldn't have been as bad, but given how irrationally angry she makes conservatives we would probably be seeing the same anti-mask nonsense. At least masks wouldn't have been stolen by the feds for Trump cronies to scalp, and funding for testing would have helped us contain the spread.

Well, I guess then in your view, if you hire a killer, then you are also not responsible for the resulting death, because after all, you didn't kill yourself, and the killer could just have refused to kill.

It's quite simple: If your actions cause people to die that would not have died if you had acted differently, then you are responsible for the death of those people.

          140,000 dead Americans

142,000 and climbing at 700-900 per day. Will be at 150,000+ by the end of July.
All of that in about 6 months.

          Vietnam only killed 93,000

Actually it killed 58,209 Americans [wikipedia.org] and it done so over 20 years.
