MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's health minister is preparing a mass vaccination campaign against the novel coronavirus for October, local news agencies reported on Saturday, after a vaccine completed clinical trials.

Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said the Gamaleya Institute, a state research facility in Moscow, had completed clinical trials of the vaccine and paperwork is being prepared to register it, Interfax news agency reported.

He said doctors and teachers would be the first to be vaccinated.

I have heard this mentioned several times by people like you and the various democrats on the site. Do you actually believe he was suggesting bleach consumption? Or are you just using it because it is politically effective? I have always assumed the second one, because I have a rather high view of the intelligence of the people on this site, even the ones I disagree with.

It's Not Fake News: Trump Did Actually Suggest That Injecting Bleach Could Be a Cure for COVID-19 [reason.com]

"And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning. Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that. So, that, you're going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds—it sounds interesting to me." ---Donald J Trump, ladies and gentlemen, President of the Goddamn United States of America

So you believe your own propaganda? That is quite sad.

The speaker just before Trump was the representative from a company that, from their own poor choice of language, injects a light through the mouth into the lungs and disinfects it with UV.

"And then I see the disinfectant [UV], where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside [of a light stick] or almost a cleaning. Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that. So, that, you're going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds—it sounds interesting to me."

So you are either evil or just unable to read, either way, congratulations.

No, he's just a bigoted partisan operative. He may be the president of his College Democrats, as he seems to sow talking points before the MSM had time to bombard us with them.

That being said, the political rush to do something, we're getting much quackery in devices and research. A UV lamp in the lungs? How will lung cells be spared when trying to combat the virus?

Sometimes a politician has to put up a smile and an acknowledgement to hucksters that score an audience. Let's hope regained sanity will keep their number down.

The person who spoke before him was William Bryan, from DHS and not some "company", and Trump mentioned him by name in his full response. Before calling someone a liar or unable to read, you better check your facts too.

Ah yes, because surgically inserting glowsticks is a totally reasonable thing for the President of the United States of America to suggest!

Probably the same trouble you have with "by injection inside" or "almost a cleaning" where the subject was using disinfectants to "knock it out".

I have heard this mentioned several times by people like you and the various democrats on the site. Do you actually believe he was suggesting bleach consumption?

    Who are "people like you"?

    1. We all saw and heard the video of what Trump said.
    2. Yes, I actually heard him suggest that maybe we could find some way to use these disinfectants internally. (paraphrased)
    3. Then "people like you" say it didn't happen. We did NOT hear or see that! By order of the ministry of truth.
    4. Then the Trump administration comes out and says, why yes, what you heard and saw was what was said, but it was sarcastic.

Of course, anyone with a working sarcasm detector knows it wasn't sarcastic.

Oh, and I thought Republicans reserved phrases such as "people like you" for persons of African descent. (I mean no offense to black people.)

Or are you just using it because it is politically effective?

In case this isn't abundantly clear by now, I'm using it for one simple PRIMARY reason:

    because it was funny

I'm also happy to make jokes about Democrats, and have done so. But then you don't seem to mind.
